What Salsa Isn't...

Salsa is not a pick up joint, nor is it a dancing version of speed dating.

Sure, some people do initially attend to meet new members of the opposite sex, but if that is their sole mission they rarely stay in the classes long.

Why? Because 99% of people who attend the classes are there for different reasons.

The few who do go there in hope of 'a bit of the other' soon find this out for themselves and either leave, or, as is quite often the case, quickly start to enjoy the same things that everyone else is there for - that is to to dance, enjoy good music, exercise and chat with friendly and like minded people in a safe and enjoyable environment.

So come on down, but leave the chat up lines at home, they won't be needed here.
